This unsurpassable agricultural, livestock and forestry establishment is a true "five star" VIP field. A jewel of 12,081 hectares, very required for its fertile lands. The Ranch can be accessed from National Route No. 8, or from National Route No. 15. It is located 60 kilometers from the city of Minas and minutes from the town "Mariscala". It has all services, high end infrastructure and complete facilities, typical of an establishment dedicated to diversified production of high performance.
The surface has between its limits the River Cebollatí by the Northwest, and the stream Aiguá by the East, courses that with their flow provide important natural waterings. A high end Main House built in 1902, Spanish colonial style, with a viewpoint, in excellent condition, plus luxurius furniture and all amenities. The construction has a central yard with a beautiful gazebo. This main house is surrounded by a large park composed surraunded by a great varietie of ancient trees.
The Ranch also has a Guest House, a House for staff, main shed with eaves, saddle shed, full workshop and old cabin at the moment used as a deposit for materials. Strategically located, single line light and potable water well semisurgent with electric pump and three-phase electrical power connected to the network (UTE)
The establishment has space for the layout for a runway for light aircraft, or can be used as well for the implementation of an heliport.
The establishment has an important internal road network suitable for the transit of agricultural machineries, ranch management and transport of production to markets (national and international). It is very important to note that a dam has been built that has allowed the formation of a lake of 260 hectares, complemented by a network of irrigation canals that allow direct coverage of up to 1,500 hectares of crops.
Regarding the use and management of the Ranch, at present the surfaces are subdivided by the characteristics of their soils and by their productivity, as following:
- 3,130 hectares of coverage
- 2,510 hectares of conventional grasslands
- 2,581 hectares of dry land (soybean)
- 250 hectares of rice
- 1,200 hectares of artificial forests
- 260 hectares of artificial lake
- 420 hectares of declared native forests.
- 1,730 hectares of natural field of excellent quality.
In response to the demands of the booming forest industry developed in the country, the Ranch is located in the area of nfluence of the new industrial plant designed by the Finnish consortium UPM, which guarantees the placement of production and accessible transport of wood.
As for the production of vaccines, at this moment the ranch has an endowment of 9,000 livestock. Thus, the establishment is oriented to full-cycle livestock production focused on the production of meat from precocious animals. Finally, 4,000 annual cattle are wintering.
The price of the sale operation is final, everything included stock and inventory.
